Emily has always been a foodie who loves to explore restaurants, breweries and distilleries alike! She spent the first 8 years of her career selling sponsorships and events in radio.  In 2019, when Elicit Manchester was opening, Emily made the career jump and sold private events for Elicit for 4 years. In early 2024, she began her role as the Branding & Marketing Director and enjoys promoting all things Elicit!

Favorite Beer:  Eligible Bachelor for its smooth, malty flavor and easy to drink ABV of only 4.5%.

Favorite thing about Elicit:  Seeing frequent guests bring their family/friends for the first time to Elicit and watching them give a tour and talk about how much they love it here.

Born and raised in the heart of Manchester, CT, Amanda brewed her passion for the craft from the very streets that our brewery calls home. Her journey began amidst the spirited bustle of the service industry during her college years, where she embraced every role from the ground up.  With an unwavering dedication to the artistry of food and beverage, Amanda donned multiple hats across various positions within bars and restaurants. She has grown alongside Elicit since its inception, weaving her expertise into the very fabric of the establishment.

Today, as the General Manager, her commitment remains anchored in shaping unforgettable experiences and crafting moments that transcend the ordinary. She takes pride in steering the brewery towards new horizons while honoring the authentic essence of our roots right here in Manchester.

Favorite Beer: While a whiskey drinker at heart her favorite beer is Overcerealized Peanut Butter Nitro Stout
