Join us for the Lunar Tales Book Fair on Friday, August 28, beginning at 6:30 PM. For one evening, our Manchester taproom transforms into a welcoming marketplace filled with independent authors, local makers, and live music. It's an event designed for readers, collectors, and anyone who enjoys discovering something new while supporting Connecticut's creative community.
The Lunar Tales Book Fair brings together an incredible lineup of regional authors alongside talented artists and small businesses. Browse books from writers including AK Nevermore, Diana Rock, Corrina Lawson, Regina Kyle, Jamie K. Schmidt, C. Jagodzinski, Archer Atwood, Karen C.P. McDermott, and E. C. Gregory.
You'll also find handmade goods and specialty vendors including The Botanical Smell Good Co., Pop Fiction, Cake Pops, Gaia Jewelry, Sips of Saffron, Synaptic Soup, Crystalis Crochets, and Sparklinx. As you shop, enjoy live background music that creates a relaxed atmosphere perfect for browsing, meeting creators, and discovering unique finds.
Make an evening of it with dinner and drinks while you explore the fair. Grab one of our house brewed craft beers, a seasonal cocktail, or your favorite spirit from the bar before checking out the vendors. Our kitchen will be serving its full menu, including shareable appetizers, handcrafted burgers, sandwiches, and pub favorites that pair perfectly with a fresh draft beer.
The Lunar Tales Book Fair begins at 6:30 PM on Friday, August 28, and admission is completely free. Come early to browse the vendors, meet local authors, enjoy live music, and settle in for dinner and drinks. Whether you're adding to your bookshelf, shopping for handmade gifts, or simply looking for something different to do on a Friday night, the Lunar Tales Book Fair is a great way to spend the evening while supporting local writers, artists, and makers.
