Our Danbury location is proud to host the Ink and Ale Book Fair on May 3rd. The event runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM making it the primary destination for your Sunday afternoon plans in Danbury. You can expect a high energy environment where you can meet fantasy authors and explore new worlds through their writing. Our layout provides the ideal balance of author stations and easy access to the bar for a fresh round of house brewed drafts or creative cocktails. An afternoon of literary exploration is even better when you fuel up with the bold flavors coming out of our kitchen. While you browse the book fair you can explore our wide range of house brewed craft beers and artisan cocktails. Our kitchen is serving up top tier plates like the Caprese Arancini with pesto and balsamic glaze or an order of Fried Pickle Chips served with ranch. For a meal that delivers the Shroom & Swiss Smash Burger with caramelized onions and garlic aioli is an absolute favorite for our guests.
