Dahlia Floral Design Workshop at Elicit Fairfield August 3rd

Join Martha DeFlorio, owner of Made Floral, at Elicit Fairfield on Monday, August 3 from 6 to 8 PM for a hands-on floral design workshop celebrating one of the season’s most unique flowers.

Dahlias are known for their incredible variety of colors, shapes and textures, making them a beautiful centerpiece for seasonal floral designs. During this workshop, Martha will teach attendees how to create a layered and textural arrangement featuring dahlias and other seasonal flowers.

The evening will begin with a demonstration covering flower care, bouquet construction and basic floral design principles. Attendees will then have the opportunity to work with the provided flowers and tools to create their own Pinterest-worthy arrangement to bring home.

This workshop is designed for beginners, so no previous floral design experience is required. All flower materials and tools will be provided as part of the ticket.

Each ticket also includes a $10 drink token to use at Elicit Fairfield. Food may be purchased separately during the event. Parking is available in the large lot next to the building.

The workshop will be held from 6 to 8 PM at Elicit Fairfield, located at 111 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, Connecticut.
